Due to the overwhelming response to our first Jenn Sterger gallery, here are a few more photos of the now infamous Ms. Sterger, including some from our friends at Maxim.

Favre has fueled the story by passing on two opportunities to deny involvement. Asked for comment last Thursday, Favre said: “I’m not getting into that. I’ve got my hands full with the Jets and am trying to get some timing down with our guys, so that’s all I’m going to discuss.”
Asked again Sunday night during an ESPN production meeting, Favre said: “My main focus is the New York Jets. They are a tough team; as good as they are, that has been my focus. I hate in any way if this has been a distraction. As I said Thursday, we are here focused on trying to beat the Jets.”
Favre was asked point-blank if the original Deadspin.com report was accurate. His response: “That will take its course.”
Look at it this way — if Favre didn’t do what he’s accused of doing, what’s the downside of denying the story? The only reason (I can think of) that he’d issue these evasive non-denials is that he doesn’t want to get caught in a lie when the allegations are proven to be true.
Jenn Sterger (pics) apparently does not want to discuss the story, and for good reason. She told the editor of Deadspin about Favre’s advances in the winter of 2009 before she landed her television gig on the Versus show “The Bottom Line” in the spring of 2010. She left the Jets in the summer of ’09, so when she spoke to Deadspin, she probably wasn’t sure she’d make it as a legitimate sports personality. (The original reason for the meeting was to discuss a “Deadspin Swimsuit Project,” after all.) Now that she has a gig, she doesn’t want to backpedal into Rachel Uchitel territory. Anyone who wants to make her out to be Mother Theresa is delusional, however, because this wouldn’t be a story if she hadn’t kept those voicemails and photos and told Deadspin about them.
But back to Favre — right now, he’s doing the non-denial thing and the story is only getting bigger, as two more women have (sort of) come forward with their own allegations. I think even his most fervent supporters can see that he’s being evasive about Sterger, and the only reason that he’d do so is because he’s guilty.
According to Deadspin, two more women who worked with the Jets (as massage therapists) received advances from Brett Favre.
The woman (who wishes to remain anonymous for now — we’ll call her “Mandy”) worked as a massage therapist for the team for a couple years, but she says never had an incident with a player until No. 4 showed up at training camp at Hofstra University, where the Jets still worked out in 2008. “He was on the table next to mine,” she tells me. “He was looking at my ass the whole time while I worked on another player. He was … ogling me.”
The woman who was massaging Brett that day (massage therapist No. 2, or “Lindsay”) exchanged numbers with him. (Mandy claims it’s common for players to take the numbers of team-contracted massage therapists should they need additional rubdowns off campus. Yeah, I know. Please don’t.)
Lindsay received a text message from Favre, according to Mandy. Lindsay assumed it was for a massage but quickly realized Brett was asking for more. He invited both Lindsay and Mandy back to his hotel room. Mandy claims that the texts became increasingly inappropriate (“just nasty stuff”), but she adds that Brett did apologize when he found out she was married.
The article goes on to say that the husband of “Mandy” called Brett after the incident and demanded an apology, which Favre never gave. Now the couple is threatening to take the story public (uh, even more public), but they want to talk to the NFL and the Jets first because they don’t want “photographers showing up on their lawn.”
It sounds as if Mandy and her husband are looking to parlay their story into a gift of some sort, but they may be waiting a while if that’s the case. The Jets want nothing to do with Favre and it’s not like they’re going to protect him in a situation like this. The NFL is already investigating the Jenn Sterger situation and it’s not like they’re going to pay these people off just because it’s Brett Favre. It sounds as if the league is seeking punishment.
But regardless of what “Mandy” and her husband want in the end, this isn’t good news for Favre. This situation seems to be snowballing fast and just as the Tiger Woods scandal proved, the media isn’t going to stop until it uncovers all the details.
Wondering who this woman is that has Brett Favre in deep, deep doo-doo? Her name is Jenn Sterger and you’ve probably seen pictures of her rooting for Florida State while wearing a very low cut top.
She works on the Versus nightly sports show, “The Daily Line” and according to her bio, she is “more than just a pretty face.” (In other words, she has fake boobs too!)
She was apparently discovered by Brent Musburger on an ABC telecast of an FSU game when, during a shot of Sterger and her friends in the front row, Musburger said, “1,500 red-blooded Americans just decided to apply to Florida State.”
According to a report by Cindy Boren of the Washington Post, the NFL is investigating allegations that Brett Favre sent inappropriate messages and photos to a sideline reporter while he was a member of the Jets.
“We are reviewing the matter,” NFL spokesman Greg Aiello said Friday when asked about reports that Favre left voice mails and texted photos to Jenn Sterger, who now hosts “The Daily Line,” a nightly sports roundup on the Versus network.
Favre was asked about the allegations Thursday during a press conference after the team traded for Randy Moss.
“I’m not getting into that,” Favre said. “I’ve got my hands full with the Jets and trying to get some timing down with our guys. That’s all I’m going to discuss.”
Deadspin broke the original story a couple of months ago and it’s a little surprising to see that the NFL is getting involved. That said, the racy messages and photos could be construed as a form of sexual harassment, so why wouldn’t the league pursue the story, even if it results in a non-issue?
On a side note, the girl Favre allegedly texted his junk to is none other than the Florida State hottie, Jenn Sterger:
So in some respects, Brett is a creepy, old weirdo sending inappropriate photos to a young woman. (Not to mention, he’s also married.)
In other respects, mother may I…
Here’s Brett’s press conference from the other day:
And here are Brett’s voice mails to Jenn:
Hey, maybe he was talking to D’Brickashaw Ferguson. You never know…
