Mobile mania grips fantasy football

I’ve been playing fantasy football for decades, and it’s amazing how much the experience has changed the last several years with the mobile phone apps. The instantaneous scoring and feedback changes the whole experience so you can even follow the exact score of your fantasy game while you’re at an actual NFL game (assuming they have decent reception at the stadium).

The advancements in technology have caused virtually every aspect of our day to day lives to change at breakneck speeds. The old way of doing things is no longer valid and we must either keep up or be left behind.

Big night for Micheal Phelps and Katie Ledecky

Micheal Phelps avenged one of his few Olympic losses tonight, as he won a thrilling 200-meter butterfly for the gold medal. Meanwhile, the new swimming sensation, Katie Ledecky, won her second gold medal of these games in the same event for women.

Russell Westbrook sticks with OKC

This is great news for the Oklahoma City Thunder, and I’m glad for Russell Westbrook. Following Kevin Durant’s departure, many assumed Westbrook would bolt as well.

I love OKC’s squad, which has some serious size and athleticism and can still make a run at the NBA Finals. Westbrook is an amazing player, and now he’s the clear leader of this team. The drama with Durant is gone, and Billy Donovan is a great coach. With Westbrook tied up for three years they can also try to lure another superstar.

I love this for OKC and the NBA!
