Pacman involved in another shooting?
Per reports from the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, suspended Tennessee Titans cornerback Adam “Pacman” Jones is wanted for questioning in a shooting that took place early Monday morning outside a strip club in Atlanta. According to the report, two groups of men started arguing outside the club and someone in Jones’ vehicle opened fire on the other vehicle. No one was hit by any bullets and thus far, nobody has been charged.
Fantastic, Pacman may be in trouble again. To give him credit, he waited over a month after being suspended for the entire 2007 NFL season to allegedly get in trouble again. Are you kidding me? He gets racked for a year by Roger Goodell and then turns around and winds up in trouble again a month later? Why isn’t this guy at home on a freaking Sunday night like the rest of the human race? Please, Mr. Goodell, the NFL doesn’t need this guy to survive. If he was yet again involved in another incident, kick his ass out of the league and serve league-wide warning to all players that if they act up, they’re gone too. Playing in the NFL should be a privilege, not a right to those talented enough to play.
I wonder if the national media is going to lambaste Pacman like they’ve been doing to Michael Vick.
Sorry – this guy should be gone. If there is a shred of truth that he was anything more than in the wrong place at the wrong time, he should have a boot firmly planted on his ass.
That said, there is also trouble in Packerland where Nick Barnett – MLB and recipient of a new 35 million dollar contract was arrested for battery and posted bail at the Outagamie County Jail early Sunday morning after an altercation in a bar.
The guy is creeping up on 27, he’s a multi-millionaire. What the hell? I like the guy as a player, though he celebrates everyday tackles a little too much for my taste, so I’ll wait for more details. There may be reasonable explanations for this, but in general, I don’t like hearing about our guys scuffling in bars.

Why are we suprised by any of this……..I just wish for once these guys would all learn how to shoot a frigging gun.
Just think of it……If they could all shoot straight we wouldn’t be having all of these problems. They wouldn’t just be shooting at axles, they be shooting at each other.
Where the hell is the NRA now I ask………Do we need to take up a collection for them? Can it be incorporated into their salaries….
I say make it mandatory for all sports players under contract to know how to shoot a gun ……..And………lets also arm the wifes who marry these clowns.
