Michael Vick will soon plead guilty to the illegal gambling and dog fighting charges he’s currently facing in Virginia, but apparently he’s waiting to hear from the NFL before he makes his final decision.
“It is a very good chance he will plead guilty,” said one of the people who spoke on condition of anonymity. “He definitely wants to play football again. His love is for football. And he would love to play for the Falcons again. But first and foremost is to get back on the field.”
First and foremost is to get back on the field? Are you kidding me? First and foremost he should worry about his life crumbling at his feet. Then he should be thinking about life in prison, what this will do to his family and then somewhere in between learning how to not drop the soap in the shower and how he’s going to look in orange he should be worried about getting back onto the field.
This guy is an absolute clown. He’s worried about the Falcons and playing football now? Why wasn’t he thinking about those two things when he was drafted in 2001? Maybe he would have avoided funding an illegal dog-fighting ring if he would have set his eyes on football from the start – might have even become a more balanced quarterback too.
