Vegas likes the Patriots, Packers and Eagles
Mad genius Bill Belichick is getting props for his off-season moves, and the odds-makers also like the free agent coups of the Eagles. Of course, they also respect Aaron Rodgers and the Pack, even though they’ve been quiet.
Here’s how they are ranked when you look at the NFL futures on the odds to win the Super Bowl:
New England Patriots: 6.5/1 odds
Green Bay Packers: 7/1 odds
Philadelphia Eagles: 7.5/1 odds
The Jets are at 12/1 and the Steelers are at 14/1.

I love the Saints at 16/1 to win the Super Bowl. They lost one of their playmakers in Reggie Bush, but it’s not like he stayed healthy all year and they loaded up with good depth in the offseason.
Just two years removed from winning it all, I think Brees will have a bounce back year and NO will challenge Green Bay, Philly and Atlanta in the NFC.
That’s a great pick. I like Sproles as the new back there. He’ll be great on turf.
Philly made some great moves, but I like Aaron Rodgers much more than I like Michael Vick, so I like the Pack over Philly as the top dog.
Good call with Sproles. He gives the Saints another weapon in their backfield and he doesn’t have the injury history like Bush does.
I’m not sold on the Eagles because of Vick. He’s never won a playoff game in Philadelphia (0-3) and he always gets banged up. I think they’ll come out like gangbusters and they’ll win the NFC East, but I can see them being tripped up in the first or second round of the playoffs. I think NO and GB are better…
