Keller, Kaeding, Jets DST. Need 1 QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, Flex, K, DST. Who should I start? Is ther any of the following that would help me in week 14; B. Edwards, Burleson, Britt, Wallace, Bess, J. Harrison, Snelling, Sproles? Should I keep my kicker or replace with Cundiff, Lindell, S. Grayham, or Janikowski? On defense keep Jets or go with rdskins, Bills, Pats, Titans, KC, Tampa? Who do you like that might be available?

I’m hoping you can help me this week since I seemed to be unlucky last week. I’m in a standard league (QB, 2RB, RB/WR, 2WR, TE, D/ST, K). I seem to have most of the team set, but I could use some help with the RB, Flex and WR positions. Possible choices are:
Gore, Hightower, Ochocinco, Holmes, Sims-Walker, Burleson, McCoy, Nicks and M.Wallace.

I need help for my team to be ready for playoffs for week 16 and week 17. Will Tom Brady be okay?
I picked up Gerrard, b/c I was worried about Brady get injured. Vince Young is also available.
Should I be trying to get Dwane Bowe?

kobe — Warner, Austin, Calvin, Roddy.
Ken — I like Romo at QB. He’s hot and it’s a solid matchup. At RB, I think I’d bench Forte this week and go with TJ and Moreno. At WR/flex, I’d go with Jennings, Smith and Mason. Shockey seems like your best bet at TE. Your K and DT look good. I wouldn’t make any roster changes right now.
Caroline K — Gore, Hightower, Ochocinco, Holmes, Sims-Walker.
Matt — Warner is reliable enough. I wouldn’t bench him for your other options. Charles looks like a better option than Benson this week, though Benson has run well against good rush DTs before (so be warned). Tough call at WR: I think you have to start Ochocinco since Cincy will have to throw against Minny. Austin has been very good and that game looks like it will be a shootout. So it’s between Calvin and Meachem — both guys are pretty hot. My gut says Calvin. DT is a tough call. I think I’d go with ARI.
DaKid — Jackson and Thomas. Moreno is okay, but I like Pierre a little better given his recent work and Moreno’s matchup. I think DEN will have to throw. At WR, Ochocinco, Austin and Colston would be my picks. Finley looks good at TE.
Scorpion — Mendenhall is expected to play, so I’d start him with Gore and S. Smith. If Mendenhall is inactive on Thursday night, then sub in Sims-Walker. Finley at TE. TEN DT, great matchup.
Raj — So you are worried about week 16 & 17 only, right? In that case, Brady should be fine and Garrard is a solid backup. 49ers DT should be good those two weeks so you could cut PHI DT and pick someone up. Bowe wouldn’t be bad to give you a fourth option at WR.

hey JP, I just grabbed Ganther & Moats off the waivers.I have a touchdown heavy league. So i would like to know if any of these backs worth starting over Pierre this week?
I also have Britt at WR, would you start him over any of these WR ( Colston, Austin ,Cinco)this week? Thanx!!
Also, Quinton Ganther is available if I should drop Norwood or someone for him.
RJR — I don’t know what your starting requirements are, but I’d go with Rice and Ganther. I guess I’d cut Keller since you might be able to use Norwood later. At WR, Moss, TO and Britt, in that order. Finley at TE. Good luck!
Nick — I’d go with TJ and Grant because you know they’re both going to get 17+ touches and have a good chance to score. At WR, White, Austin and Sims-Walker, but I don’t trust T.O. as far as I can throw him. He has a good matchup, so you could start him over MSW (who also has a nice matchup). I’d go with MSW. I like BAL DT a little better this week. They are desperate, at home, and playing the Lions.
db — Assuming this is a std league (non-PPR), I’d recommend Calvin, Sidney and Meachem. I like Jennings too, but Meachem is hot and Sidney is playing indoors, which should help.
DaKid — I’d stick with Pierre since the Saints offense is so prolific. I’d go with colston, austin and ochocinco at WR.
JP, should I start DeSean Jackson or keep with Steve Smith? What about Mike Sim-Walker (he has killed me 2 weeks in a row) but do you think Jaq can take advantage of Miami’s secondary?
I put Mendanhall as RB and keep F.Gore as W/R since Mendanhall is playing tonight…
Or should I sub one of the WRs above over Gore? I’m worry that 49ers will give up the run and start throwing to Venon Davis and Crabtree…and Morgan
I would start Smith. He has been pretty steady and Jackson is coming off of concussion. I think MSW will have a good game against MIA, but I prefer Gore.
JP, I have to pick one for my flex.

one more thing..you mentioned since I am playing Niners D in week 16 and week 17…i should let go of Philly’s D— Gerrard has to clear waivers by Sat in order for me to pick him up. So final thought is I could drop Philly D, pick up Gerrard if he is avaialble on Sat, and then the real debate is between Bess and Bowe…THANKS JP, I owe you big time for carrying me this far..
Dave — I like Charles more than Benson this week. At WR, I’d stick with Wes and Roddy.
Bren — I like McNabb. The Cincy pass D has been great lately.
Raj — I’d go with Bess over Bowe. I generally like Bowe, but he’s coming off of a suspension and he has two tough matchups in the last two weeks. Bess seems like a safer bet right now and he has nice matchups those weeks. Your plan to go with SF sounds good (great matchups), so dumping Philly for Garrard makes sense.
stewart — I’d go with CJ, Charles (great matchup), White and Rice, Moreno at flex.
Anthony Fasano, Shockey or K.Boss?
Also, would Davone Bess be worth starting over S.Smith (Car) or Greg Jennings?

Randy — Bess is an okay start this week, but Jennings and Smith look like better starts. Bess isn’t much of a threat to score a TD, so he’s better in PPR leagues than std leagues. At TE, it’s a tough call. Fasano has been steady, while Shockey and Boss have more upside. I’d probably run Boss out there and hope for the best. He has a great matchup with the Eagles, who have been surprisingly bad against opposing TEs.
John M — Jackson has a great matchup, so he should be able to post good numbers against the Chiefs. I can’t say the same for the other guys. At WR, MSW is likely out, but White should play, so I’d be sure to start him. At flex, LT is your best option. It’s tough to bench Mason and Smith this week, but that’s the way it goes. (If White doesn’t play, I’d go with Mason, since he has the better matchup.)

I think Moreno is a nice start this week against Indy. I feel better about him than Jackson who is coming off of a concussion.
