Report: Woods found shoeless, snoring in the street
According to a report by ESPN.com, Tiger Woods was found shoeless and snoring in the street when neighbors came upon him following his accident last week.
By the time authorities arrived, Tiger Woods was on the ground outside the SUV. His wife told them she used a golf club to break open rear windows and free him.
According to the Sentinel’s report, Harris told the FHP she was in a bedroom when she heard what she described as a “knocking sound.” Through a window, she said she could see the tail lights of a black vehicle. She awoke her brother and asked him to go outside.
Adams saw Woods, unconscious and snoring, in the street on the passenger side of the SUV. A golf cart was next to the vehicle, with two golf clubs in it. Woods’ wife, Elin, wearing a black jogging suit, begged Adams for help, according to the report.
“She said, ‘Can you please help me? Can you please help me?’ ” Adams said, the Sentinel reported.
“I said ‘OK.’ I immediately just ran back to the house, got the phone, called 911, ran back out the house again to go back out there to see if she needed any assistance,” he said.
Nothing makes sense here and these new twists don’t help bring clarity to the situation. If I didn’t know better, I would think that I was reading a script to a comedy. I can’t even begin to put together the puzzle of events that transpired that night to make sense of it all.
Why were he and Elin out there in their car and golf carts? Why did she break the back window open to get him out of the car? Why would he wind up shoeless and asleep after the accident?
What a bizarre freaking story.

She used common sense in breaking the back window…why would she break the window of the front seat and spray glass all over him? Break the back window, reach in, unlock the front door, get him out. The snoring thing I don’t get but after hearing the 911 call on the radio the other day, I wouldn’t take anything this joker says too seriously.
That makes sense, T-Bone. But I guess the conspiracy theorist in me is thinking that the window was already broken.
Why break the window at all if you’re her? The car wasn’t on fire and last time I checked she isn’t a paramedic, so why break the window at all? Why risk further injury to him by pulling him out of the car? Why not call 911 first?
I understand but hollywood has led us all to believe anytime a car crashes, it will catch fire. Break the back window, unlock the front door, get him out of a potentially dangerous situation, and call 911. Now if the car is on fire, all bets are off. Spraying glass on him is the least of their worries.
And she probably didn’t grab her cell phone when she heard the crash and flew hastily to the accident in the golf cart. Apparently she asked the neighbor to call 911.
Perfectly logical, wouldn’t you say?
Sure.
There are a hundred of different scenarios that could have played out that night. If you want to buy the one that says she’s a logical hero that wisely broke the glass in the back seat to unlock the door to get him out, be my guest.
Me, I’m not ready to paint her in blue and red and call her Superwoman. I think the glass was already broken at some point during the night and the story about her “saving” him has been fabricated.
This is so sad. Here is a man that has risen to the pinnacle of stardom over a period of years and brought down to the bottom in days. But, even sadder, is how Tigers personal life has been invaded. He’s bleeding, and every shark is circling to feed on his failure and mistakes. What has happened to love and compassion? In the Bible, a woman was caught in the act of adultry. The Pharisees brought her to Jesus, hoping to lure him into doing things their way saying,”the law states that the woman should be stoned to death”. All had surrounded her, hoping to throw a stone at her and bring her down to death, physically and spiritually and emotionally. Jesus in his wisdom, stooped down and began to write in the dirt. I feel it was his way to diffuse the situation. He then stood and said “those amoung you without sin throw the first stone”. One by one they left the scene. When they were all gone, Jesus asked the woman ” where are your accusers”? The woman said “there are none”. Jesus said “neither do I condemn you, go and sin no more”. So tell me why can’t we embrace Tiger and help him through this? Look. Jesus died on a cross 2000 years ago and he took all our sins upon himself. There’s no need to sacrifice Tiger but there is a great need to forgive him.
