Hi John,
I plan to pick up either the Cardinals defense or the Chargers defense from the waiver wire. Which do you prefer this week?
I have Tony Gonzalez on my roster. Jeremy Shockey and Visanthe Shiancoe are available on the waiver. Who do you prefer?

Finally, want to stash away someone for the future. I have my eyes on LaSean McCoy, Correll Buckhalter, Devin Hester, Shonn Greene and Beanie Wells. I have Anquan Boldin, Kevin Walter (handcuffed to Andre Johnson), Ahmad Bradshaw, Sammy Morris and Jonathan Stewart on my bench. Worth getting any of the guys from the waiver?

My lineup includes Romo, Flacco, E. Manning, Forte, T. Jones, A. Bradshaw, L. McCoy, Shonn Green, Jennings, S. Smith(NYG). D. Mason, H. Nicks, Colts DST. 10 Team ppr league. Who to start? Need 1QB, 2 RB, 2 WR and 1 flex.
Also Fred Jackson, Knowshon Moreno, Buckhalter, E. Royal, Lance Moore, are some that are available in my league. Do any make my team stronger? I don’t want to carry 3 QB’s but I couldn’t pass on Flacco when he became available and I put Manning on the trading block but no takers.

Ok I have two questions, first should I go with Romo or Favre, it seems like a toss up.
Second for defense should I go with Baltimore, Denver, or Buffalo.
A lot to get to, so let’s get rolling…
Pradeep — I like both defenses, but I think the Cards are playing better overall defense and have a great matchup. At TE, I prefer Shockey this week and for the long term. I guess Kaeding at K. I would dump Morris for Wells, Greene and McCoy, in that order. Wells seems to be earning more touches in ARI and Greene is going to take Washington’s work. McCoy is a nice pickup with Westy sidelined.
Indy — I like both Scheffler and Miller (and to a lesser extent, Lee), but Scheffler has the more dependable QB, so I’d go with him.
Gardner — I guess you’re two most cuttable players are Royal and Massaquoi. I’d rather hold onto Royal since he is getting better QB play and since you get return TDs. At RB, I prefer Greene to Charles, though they are both good pickups. At TE, it’s tough. Miller has a much better matchup but Heap has a much better QB. I’d go with Miller for his upside.
Scorpion — I’d go with Sims-Walker, who has a tasty matchup with the terrible Tennessee pass defense. Frank Gore at RB. I’d take SD DT this week.
RJR — No, hold onto TO and hopes he turns it around. HOU doesn’t have a very good pass defense, so there’s a chance he could have a nice week.
Randy — Beanie Wells. Good matchup and he’s getting more work in ARI.
Ken — Romo has a good matchup against SEA and played well recently. At RB, Forte and TJ. At WR, Jennings, S. Smith 2.0, and Mason at flex. You have other good options, but those look to be the best. I like Moreno and Moore, but if you prefer Flacco, it’s reasonable. You might have a tough time trading any of these QBs because of the depth at the position. I can’t get rid of Cutler and Favre in one league.
Evan — Rodgers, MJD, Addai, Sims-Walker, Driver and Austin (tough to bench Marshall). Celek at TE — he has done the most this year. CHI DT has a great matchup this week and were embarrassed last week.
Chris — I’d take Romo against a suspect SEA defense. I don’t like any of those matchups, but I think DEN is your best DT play. They have played the best this season.

Also, should I drop P.Thomas in favor of Bell? He seems to be getting a bulk of the workload around the goal line.
Also, what do you think of the available WR’s? Any worth picking up and drop Rice?

I have 3 QB’s Romo, E. Manning, And Flacco. Which 2 would you keep for the rest of the year? I want to pick up Moreno who is available in my league. Do I drop Shonne Green or one of my QB’s. Buckhalter is also available and I assume you like Moreno better. I’m in a ppr league. (My whole lineup was submitted with Question Oct. 28th)

Now, Need 1 RB to fill a slot. I have Julius Jones,P.Thomas, M.Lynch, or L.McCoy(Already have S.Jackson in this week).Who would you go with this Sunday? And also need 1 WR in, Mason or Hester?
Scorpion — DeSean.
Texas — Rice is playing really well, why drop him? Winslow for Miller is fine. Miller is on fire. Doesn’t look like you have a TE this week though. Pierre/Bell is a tossup right now. I think Bell might be a little better.
Ken — ARI DT has a great matchup this week. I’d go with them.
Jason — I’d go with Johnson and Smith at RB, Wayne and Colston at WR and Turner at flex. Tough to bench Sims-Walker against the Titans, but with the way Ricky Williams and Ronnie Brown played against the Saints, Turner should probably start.
DaKid — Assuming Westy doesn’t play, I think McCoy would be a good start. Lynch would be my second choice. At WR, Hester looks like a nice start against CLE.

Ken — Yeah, I’d grab Moreno.
RJR — I’d stick with Moreno and Nicks.
Raj — It’s very close. I’d stick with Eli. I prefer Lance Moore to Owens, though I think I’m in the minority.

I have Palmer and Eli at QB. Need some wins now and Eli faces the Eagles this week and is not a good second half QB historically. So, with Palmer on a bye I’m considering droping Eli to start Orten. Good move????

Anon — I’d go with Rice and Housh. Rice is playing very well right now.
Raj — I think Santana is still considerably more valuable right now.
Rich — I’d go with Gore in both a standard and PPR format. It’s not worth cutting Breaston for Gonzalez, at least not yet.
Brian — I wouldn’t cut Eli for Orton. Eli has been pretty solid all year. Assuming this is not a PPR league, your flex is very close, but I think Wells will have a nice day against a suspect Carolina rush D.
Dave — I lean Warner over Favre. Favre could either tear it up or lay an egg.
Rich — I’d keep your WRs the way they are. Tough to bench any of those guys.

Seb — Mendenhall is on bye, so I’d stay away from him. The other three are pretty close, but I’d go with LT and Williams. I worry a little bit about DeAngelo against the Cards’ very solid rush defense, but he’s been more productive than Lynch in the last couple of weeks. I’d go with Boldin over Burleson. Anquan is listed as questionable, but is expected to play. If this makes you uncomfortable, then go with Burlson.
