		<description>Dude, the Nats signed Dunn after a year where he hit .236. You&#039;re damn right that was a terrible signing. Before that, Dunn had never hit above .266. You&#039;re damn right that was a terrible signing, ad naseum. Dunn has said in interviews that he &quot;checks out&quot; as the season winds down. If you think a guy that strikes out 170 time a year, is mediocre in the outfield, and only hits homers is worth $10 million a year, then you could be a GM of a team as good as the Nationals. Just because he&#039;s suddenly learned to take a ball and is batting over .280 doesn&#039;t mean it was a good signing at the time.

There weren&#039;t many big bats on the market during the offseason. I just think the Nationals could have made some better moves.</description>
