Hey yankee guys – Johnny Demon is your boy. Thats how you operate. You paid him $4 mill a year more than Theo offered. Another one of your psychological moves by Cashwoman. You had to go out and flex your mighty dollars and show the rest of us scrubs how to “Get it done” right ? Well – “Here’s Johnny” This guy can now reach home plate in 11 hops ….. worm killer !
Why don’t you shoot for Jason Bay next in leftfield ? You can you know. You have the advantage $$$ ?

STLFAN – I figured that if I would have went with Duncan, I’d get a comment about Thurston and if I wrote about Thurston, I would get a comment about Duncan. Either way – they’re both infuriating to watch.

Thurston is more infuriating, I think. He has the most errors on the team, even as a utility guy. His hitting (when he isn’t bunting a popup to the catcher) is just sad. Most of all though, he’s made SO many baserunning errors it’s pathetic!

I’d rather Girardi insert Damon in the lineup but tell him to go stand in left field and sign balls for the fans but don’t, under any circumstances, try to field a ball. Let the professional fielders do it. Damon couldn’t even make a little league team with his fielding.

Good call on Damon…He’s bad..Seems like a nice guy but he and Wang need to be on the next plane to KC.
