Despite the fact that he is 37, he may still have so basketball life in him yet. Him playing with LeBron, not necessarily win a title, but it'll take some pressure of LBJ, and force the other players to work harder and becoming more of a threat. If LBJ can get some help, he and the Cavs will a force to reckon with in the future. Shaq, playing at his best will always make a good addition to any team.
