The one smart thing the Dodgers did was not to offer Manny a longer contract. But in not fulfilling Manny's every demand, they ticked him off and are now reaping the reward: an unmotivated, self-centered "player" who's poison to the whole team. Whaddya think now, Nomar? Old pal Manny still a good-guy-fellow Boston-hater in your book?
