		<description>As President of DrinkingAndDriving.Org, I agree with you that there would be no useful connection between banning beer at a game and what happened to Nick Adenhart.  Adenhart was killed by no ordinary drunk driver.

The fact that this drunk driver killed a baseball player was totally random.  The fact that he was going to kill was almost assured.  His problem was bigger than drunk driving and tougher laws meant nothing to him.  A previous DUI and a suspended license didn&#039;t stop him.  No one could reach this guy.

There are drunk drivers and there are drunk drivers.

I like the ones that can be reached.</description>
