They launched Gruden becuase he was too tough, the players didnt like him...Now that sounds just like my Boss but that ass didnt get fired. They had no QB..they had no big reciever and Gruden used chicken wire and duct tape to hold the RB's together. They should have the reciever that the Cardinals living in Tampa already..
