I think Pierce is an absolute shoe-in for the reserves and if Ray Ray makes it, it will be at the expense of someone else. Mo Williams might get the nod in the East because of the Cavs' record, but he's only averaging 17 points and 4 assists per game. Those aren't exactly All-Star caliber numbers.
