QB's are the face of a franchise. Tony has the physical tools and abilities to been a good or even great QB with the right help around him. However, I agree leaders are born... He lacks the mental makeup, maturity and emotional stability to be a leader 7 take his play to another level. Until that changes and/or his coaches instill better fundamentals with him he is not going anywhere. Now the Offensive scheme and play calls and game plans are not all his fault, but ball security, self motivation, and how he handles himself in the huddle fall squarely on his shoulders.... Romo could still win in this league but he would have to be in the right offense with the right coaches and a Todd Haley type QB coach to work with him and surrounded by good skill players.... It may still be too early to give up on him, but the clock is ticking. Right now he is an immense talent who teases his fans with good plays but then bad plays at the wrong time in games.
