2009 college football ranking predictions: Florida No. 1
Stewart Mandel of SI.com takes a crack at predicting how the top 25 will look in college football next season.
Who’s back: QB Tim Tebow, DE Carlos Dunlap, LB Brandon Spikes, CB Joe Haden, S Ahmad Black.
Who’s not: WRs Percy Harvin* and Louis Murphy, T Phil Trautwein, G Jim Tartt.
Skinny: The defending champs return a former Heisman winner at quarterback, their top three tailbacks and, remarkably, their entire starting defense.
2. Texas (12-1)
Who’s back: QB Colt McCoy, WR Jordan Shipley, T Adam Ulatoski, LBs Sergio Kindle and Roddrick Muckelroy.
Who’s not: WR Quan Cosby, DE Brian Orakpo, DT Roy Miller, CB Ryan Palmer.
Skinny: McCoy and the offense should be potent again, and last year’s young secondary should improve with another year under Will Muschamp.
3. Oklahoma (12-2)
Who’s back: QB Sam Bradford, RBs DeMarco Murray and Chris Brown, TE Jermaine Gresham, DT Gerald McCoy.
Who’s not: WRs Jauquin Iglesias and Manuel Johnson, T Phil Loadholt, G Duke Robinson, S Nic Harris.
Skinny: Bradford’s return is huge for an offense that must retool its line and receiving corps. The defense has nine starters back from the BCS title game.
4. USC (12-1)
Who’s back: RBs C.J. Gable, Stafon Johnson and Joe McKnight, WR Damian Williams, S Taylor Mays.Who’s not: QB Mark Sanchez*, DT Fili Moala, LBs Rey Maualuga and Brian Cushing, S Kevin Ellison.
Skinny: New QB Aaron Corp or Mitch Mustain will have a solid supporting cast. The defense loses a boatload of staples but should be able to reload.
5. Ole Miss (9-4)
Who’s back: QB Jevan Snead, RB/WR Dexter McCluster, DE Greg Hardy, CB Marshay Green, S Kendrick Lewis.Who’s not: T Michael Oher, DT Peria Jerry, LBs Tony Fein and Ashlee Palmer.
Skinny: After knocking off Florida, LSU and Texas Tech, the Rebels are ready to take the next step behind star QB Snead. Hardy’s return is a huge boost.
The 2008 season isn’t even a month dead yet and already I miss college football. (Although not the constant playoff debate, which shouldn’t even be a debate at all if BCS-supporters could ever get their heads out of their asses and realize they ruin college football every year.)
I like seeing Ole’ Miss that high. As Mandel points out, the Rebs knocked off Florida, LSU and Texas Tech last year, and also gave Alabama a run for its money, too. Snead is the real deal and that’s a team that will be fun to watch next season.

Buckeyes at #16? He’s crazy.
What about Max Hall and the cougars
Thanks for giving the REBS a top 5 spot.GO REBS HOTTY TODDY
The National Championship is gonna be decided by the SEC Championship which is gonna be between Florida and Ole Miss.We beat Florida last year and we can do it again but we are gonna have to play like we did in our last six games. Its gonna be hard for us to beat Florida but its also gonna be hard for Florida to beat us. GO REBS,HOTTY TODDY
go rebs hooty toddy
We will live up to this.
I would love to see Ole Miss go anywhere in college football. Please..
Ole Miss will make history in 2009!! Go Rebs! Hotty Toddy!
Yo Old Misses,
Settle down a bit. You won this year by a point – then Tebow spoke. He has a good memory.I wouldn’t get too cocky right now.
Anyway, what the heck is “Hotty Toddy” ? Or however you say it ?
What? No LSU? ‘Dem boys down here in Baton Rouge ain’t going to like that reality check!
Go Blue!
Ole miss fans..you are retarted. You beat Texas Tech, congrats. THEY DIDNT PLAY ANYBODY TO BEGIN WITH. You still got beat by the crimson tide. and we gonna keep on rollin baby, getting better and better every year. ROLLTIDE!
No Oregon Ducks? That’s ok, we’ll come in under the radar. Even Ray Charles could see that this will be their break out year.
oops! Somehow I overlooked them at #9. I think that’s a fair assessment.
John, you are a Bama fan and you are talking sh!t? It was nothing short of a miracle that yall were undefeated before yall faced Florida. You were almost beat by Kentucky, you certainly should have lost to LSU, and you very narrowly beat Ole Miss, and if there was another 2 minutes left, there’s a very, very good chance that Kentucky and Ole Miss would have beaten yall. And Texas Tech played no one???? Thats proof you are a troll.
Ole Miss made very few mistakes in 2008 but the ones they did make were costly. Ole Miss did not lose any game by double digits and the games that were lost were from fumbles inside the 2 yard liines that would have won all of the games. Screw you all. 2009, Ole Miss will be 11-1 and compete for the National Championship. Go Rebels!
Ole Miss sucks they are like the old texas tech only put their hearts in the game when they played top ranked teams but when they played terrible teams they sucked so bad that ole miss looked like they could of been ranked in the top 75. I think they will go once again go 8-4.
I agree with cock and doodle doo!!!! REBELS COMPETE FOR THERE FORTH NATIONAL CAMPIONSHIP IN SCHOOL HISTORY! Jevan Snead, Dexter McCluster and Shay Hodge have done alot for this team on offense and dont forget they did BASICALLY the impossible and stopped Tim Tebow on 4 and 1 to beat florida!!! Hotty Totty!!!
Dear Texas Tech,
You got embarrassed at the end of your season. It was funny…we had a few laughs, made fun of your fat ass line, and had even a few more laughs when you thought you could compete in the SEC.
Still Laughing,
The University of Mississippi
Wow! Ole Miss #5! Let me guess FSU is #6! All those Gator haters question Florida week after week! And all we do is win championships!
2009 National Championship
At this point in time, it appears that it will be the winner of the SEC (FL/GA vs AL/Miss) and TX vs OK.
Time will tell.
old miss you cant teach old dogs new tricks so they are going no where
the south will rise again!!!! ole miss is gona compete with most likely florida in the sec chapionship! and iam positive the winner of that will play in the bcs game. HOTTY TODDY GO REBS!!!
Texas Tech. it is a miracle that texas tech got as far as they did. ole miss could probably beat yall ever year if we played yall. yall have such bad sports on yalls team, like three of um got thrown out of the cotton bowl. hahahaha and whats with the dude that looks like a cameleon, with the green mohawk? He gave me nightmares!!! lol!
CHAMP2008 & LAWREENCE A & TEXAS TECH SHUT UP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I mean I live in Lubbock TX and have been to TTU practices and their not that good. OLE MISS REBS RULE GO HOTTY TODDY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The SEC will be tough and anything can happen. Despite and easier than usual schedule, Ole Miss still will have its work cutout for it. Also, Texas Tech is a joke. How can anyone from Tech say anything about Ole Miss. The only thing Tech fans can say to the Rebs is “thank you sir, may I have another.”
you wanna talk underrated. lets talk TCU. they show up everyyear finish with 1-2 losses and win their bowl games. i understand its not the SEC. But the MWC went 4-1 in bowl games including wins over undefeated boise state and alabama. the fact of the matter is that college football has much more parody than it used to. TCU shows up every season and finish in the TOP 15 by the end of the year. unfortunately alot of the big schools dont want to play a TCU or a Utah because they are a threat (Utah beat Michigan at the big house, Tcu had beat Oklahoma twice in a row at norman before this season.) Im hoping that eventually a playoff system is enacted and speculation, and arguments can be put to rest, and teams who get snubbed like TCU have opportunities to play in bigger games. go FROGS!
i watched a TCU game vs boise state it was very enjoyable but sorta funny how both teams were so undisciplined on defense each team allowing an average of 55 yards on kick returns , seemed like both the secondary’s were slack and slow for reasons like that you guys can’t get a play off system and if you do it will get set back to normal. put one of those teams in the sec they will lose every one of their games.
Only way the gators will lose a single game next year is if they can’t find a replacement for Percy Harvin GO SEC
yeah your right Ohio State should not be starting 16 ranked that is a mistake. They play no one and fail big time in BCS games they should be noticed finally thanks to USC last year or all the failed bowl games and should be ranked 36th or later and they loss their star RB. The world is finally noticing that they play no one because of their weak ass division and are the most overrated team ever to play.
This isn’t even a discussion it’s just the facts.
Gators are lucky they got to play Oklahoma in the National Championship Game instead of USC. Florida is a great team, but they always choke once each year – have they ever had an undefeated season? USC would have beaten them.
That said, they are clearly the #1 team heading into this season. Let’s see if they can repeat.
As for Ohio State, Tressel has a winning record in BCS bowl games. Just a fact some have overlooked.
GO REBS AND FUCK OHIO STATE!!! I HATE THE STATE OF OHIO BECAUSE THE BUCKS!! HOTTY TODDY!! SIT ON THAT AND ROTATE!!
gators and texas will be the only 2 of these 5 in the top five at the end of the season gators because they are good(not a fan) and texas because just like the sooners and usc they have a weak schedules only texas is not dumb enough to blow the easy games
Texas Tech is a joke. All you heard about was Graham Harrell and their fat line. Ole Miss broke them down like a shotgun. We will make a run for the SEC West provided we limit our mistakes.
Interesting, isn’t it, that the SEC has some success the past few years and everyone jumps the wagon. All of a sudden SEC fans become football aficionados and want to quote facts that are really personal beliefs. Here are the actual facts: 3 of the top 10 winningest programs in history are in the Big 10. Michigan, Ohio State, and Penn State. Teams Ohio State plays every year. Not opinion. Fact. How many SEC teams are in the top 10, you might ask? The answer, my southern friends, is 1. You won’t find Florida, LSU, or your precious Rebs. You will only find the Crimson Tide. So, before you pawn your personal beliefs onto others as facts, just do three simple things: stop, think, and then don’t! This lesson brought to you by the home of 33 big ten championships, 7 national championships, 7 Heisman trophy winners, and 62 AP consensus all-americans! GO BUCKS!!
I can’t stand the SEC! Your league is not as good as you think from top to bottom. You (SEC SMOBAGS)have an excuse for everything! It was awesome to see Boise State crush Bama last year. Destroy! Sure you have an excuse! As far as I’m concerned, the SEC has some very good teams at the top and very average to crappy teams at the bottom of the standings. Can you say over-hyped? I remember last years preseason rankings with teams like TN and Auburn and the fans whinning about not being ranked high enough. We all know what happened to them as the season passed. You fools don’t even watch games outside of the SEC and some how you think you are a College FB expert for the rest of the country.I hate the SEC!
It’s hard to talk trash about Texas Tech when their entire starting line was injured including Harrel, Crabtree and most of the offensive and defensive line. You try playing OU for the “National Title Playoff” at their home with 90K screaming fans booing you off the field. OU’s record at home is 53 – 2 and this was the biggest game of the year. They killed Tech and rightfully so… Ole Miss just beat up on the handicapped by the time that sub-par bowl game played out.. There is no way in hell that Ole Miss will ever finish the season ranked higher than 10. Much like Tech, Ole Miss has too many good teams to play prior to the National Title.
I sadly agree that the Big 10 and the top teams in the Big 10 have reached the lowest of valleys in the past few years with their dismal performances against teams outside of their conference. A couple of the teams from the SEC, Big 12, and that one lone team in the Pac 10 have unquestionably been the cream of the crop the past few years in college football. But as many know it’s all cyclical. Big 10 haters watch out; starting to make our way out of the valley and the 2009 season could be that season you START to see the transfer of powers. Oh yeah…”7xnationalchamps” PREACH ON!! I have to warn ya though. SEC hillbillies are a bitch to educate!! “krazyk” don’t get mad at the great state of Ohio cause your rebs blow, but goodluck this upcoming season, schmuck!
thanks Yeah, I have to comment on that too- what was with the wall?
I DONT LIKE THE BAD TALK GOOD LUCK OLE MISS
raider 1 Pride goes before the fall and ole miss hot air assures a below par year.
i think the hawkeyes will be # 8 and beat penn state, then lose to ohio state, then go to the capital 1, or maybe even rose bowl, but we probably get romped like penn st and illinois and michigan did the last 3 years, i say iowa, finishes 11-2 and #9 in the bcs, anybody agree?
thanks for the information
I love that, I wish I could go and see it!
I see Ole Miss doing a great job this year,But I will say this much Ole Miss will lose to Bama!Mark it down.Bama has 9 returning starters on “D”,and the McElroy will suprise alot of people this year.Saban is the best defensive minded coach in college football,Bama went up 24-3 at the half last year and slacked in the second half.It won’t happen this year!!Oh by the way the guy who says the SEC is “not”the best conf.is crazy 3 of the top 5 in recruiting.Florida over OU,Ole Miss over Tex Tech,Kentucky over BC.C’mon people get real the SEC is the best!!
I sure hope we get a playoff system so these teams that play highschool teams all year and stay injury free and overrated (YOU know who YOU are)can just fade away with the hype.every year its the same thing, these few teams that dont play anybody,They are almost guaranteed a shot at the natty due to their sorry opponents.Meanwhile the good teams beat each other to pieces and all get a loss or two.WE NEED A PLAYOFF SYSTEM PLEASE!!!!! GO GATORS
oklahoma state will win the national championship they can beat anybody
GEORGIA TECH suprise college champion the triple option is unstoppable!!!!
first of all texas tech sucks balls and they are little babies because they cried when the rebels rolled in and beat there tail and also why is lsu and alabama ranked so high they both suck and they both did nothing last season and the rebs will win the sec title and their 4th national championship
Ole Miss – Over rated, might go 8-4 again. They just don’t have the talent.
Florida – Great team, NC contenders once again.
USC – The talent is undeniable, hope they don’t choke on another PAC-10 joke.
Texas – Solid team with solid talent and good recruiting.
Oklahoma – Great coaching, great recruits, there’s no telling how they’ll do.
This top 5 is missing Bama, which should undeniably replace Ole Miss.
Bama has legitimate recruiting and coaching. They will only get better over the next few years before they win yet another National Championship, after Tebow leaves Florida of course.
My vote – National Championship = (Fla vs Ala) vs USC, UT, or OU
The SEC is the best conference in the country, not even close, Big12 prob 2nd. Ole Miss has a lot more talent than most people realize, arguabley the best passer in CF and most def deserves a top 5 ranking, this isnt hot air fags, this is real shit, this is not a West Virgina or a TT, Kansas, whomever…this is a legitimate top 5 team that can hang with anyone, the win against florida was no fluke Ole Miss has beaten Florida 3 out of the last 4 meetings, Fact. The talent of a USC or Texas may not be there but watch out Snead for Heisman! Geux to hell LSU, an eat a fat one Bammer cause your overatted.
I would also like to add that the Big 10 or 11 is overate. USC plays no one in their conf. And if I had to pick a dominant conf to look for in maybe the next 5 to 10 years, watch out for the ACC they have enormous potential with Miami,Va-Tech,Florida State, Clemson, North Carolina has been very hot in recruiting, etc. much like the SEC.
Florida will lose to Ole Miss either in the regular season or in the SEC championship. Ohio State takes care of USC at the Shoe and goes undefeated and plays for the title!
Go Bucks! Evry1 else sucks!
John the Alabama fan……
Man learn how to spell if you are going to post a comment. Who knows until they play the games but anyone who doubts the rebs better bring it!
Watch the films-08…..no Tebow “stumbling up the middle”,Tigers bit the dust in B.R.,and what dummy said Tech didn’t beat anyone? ever heard of Texas?
Boy doesn’t Arkansas look stupid now?
Out.
Alabama will go 12-0 again in 09.We will start by dismantling VT in week 1, then everybody will jump aboard. This defense could be better than 92, Arenas returning kicks, and all those weapons on offense is gonna be too much for any foe. Ole Miss will choke it away again, maybe in week 1 (Memphis), but probably to Vandy or SC again. Bama beats 12-0 Florida and then Texas for the NC. What about the SEC Mac Brown? Roll Tide Roll
Ohio State does not deserve to be in a National Champship game ever again. People with 2.0 GPA(s) get into that University. WHAT A TERRIBLE ACADEMIC COLLEGE OSU Is. Even with that said, Ohio State “cant top” the names that HAIL from Michigan. ( Tom Brady, Derek Jeter, Michael Phelps, Gerald Ford, Mike Tirico, myself lol ). Go Michigan!!! We will be 13-0 this year!
To all you Big 10 haters. I would love to see any Big12/SEC/Pac10 team come play a football game at Beaver Stadium or the Shoe or Michigan Stadium in the middle of November.
You can talk all you want about how the Big 10 struggles in bowl games, but when you have to play USC in Pasedena, Florida in Miami, LSU in New Orleans, Texas Tech or Texas in Dallas, etc. it’s not hard to imagine that a home field advantage exists.
Personally, I would like to see an end to the Southern monopoly for bowl games. If you want fairness, try sending a few southern teams up north for a change.
The Pac10 was said to be the weakest place to play. How did the Big 10, Big 12 etc. do in the Bowl games? I imagine fans of these places HATE judgement day in Pasedena year after year–to
to all sec haters out there the reason we are the best conference is because every game against each other is a rivalry we hate each other and we try to kill each other every saturday thats why our records arent always the best because we wear each other out every game the last three years the bcs put our top team against the other top team in the country and we pretty much just stomped them flatyou may get lucky occasionaly but the only team that can consistently compete with our top 4 teams fl al ga lsu though i hate to admit it is usc and thats only because of the lack of recruiting competition.
Ohio State fans are a joke. They play a bunch of whimps every year and always end up getting smashed by the SEC in a bowl game. Just because you won a lot of championship games in the past doesn’t make you good. And whoever said bama lost to Boise state, they lost to Utah, by only seven points
Everyone rips Ohio St. but they are the only team over the last 4 seasons to lose to only teams that went to BCS bowls in the season they beat the Buckeyes. Florida, OU, USC, Texas, LSU all lost games to teams they should not have over last 4 yrs-USC to Stanford and Oregon St., Texas to A&M and Kansas St.-twice, OU to TCU, Boise St. and clobbered by W. Virginia. OU’s Stoops said when you get to BCS games you are playing top teams as his excuse for OU’s recent dismal performance in BCS games. Well Ohio St. has played in 5 #1 vs. #2 games in last 4 years plus their games against #3 at the time they played them USC and Texas last year. Ohio St. doesn’t play anybody? You’re an idiot. Florida, Texas, Texas Tech and OU and most of SEC are ones who play weak non league schedules. SEC rarely leaves south to play at other top teams and bowls are in their home territory.
As for the other writer who mentioned how the bowls favor SEC and Big 12 teams and USC I have been saying this for years. It’s funny how you hear how NFL teams from warm weather cities don’t want to go to Chicago, Green Bay or New York in December and January for a playoff game. And these are paid professional made of players from all over the country. But the college football fans I talk to from SEC and Big 12 country say it would not make a difference if Florida had to play BCS game at Ohio St. in January. Or Texas at Michigan, USC at Penn St. in December. These are mostly 18-20 year olds who grew up playing in 1 climate in high school-m0st late October-November HS games up north get pretty chilly. This is why Big 10 teams build power running games to try to win league in late season bad weather games. This hurts Big 10 when they annually have to play bowl games at fast track dome or warm weather stadiums against SEC and Big 12 teams built for those conditions. And notice how Texas best 2 teams of last 35 years needed late TD in 2 wins over Ohio St. team whose offense was struggling because of coaches bad decision to rotate QB’s. Big 12 and Big 10 are more similar than Big 12 is to SEC. Big 12 and Big 10 has speed at some positions but not overall team speed of SEC. Big 12’s big 3 overrated offenses struggled in bowls last year-as I predicted-Big 12 had bad D not great offenses.
Ohio St. has won a BCS championship and 2 other BCS bowls since Oklahoma won either. Ohio St. got beat bad 2 years in BCS championship game but OU also got stomped in a BCS championship game and also lost last year . OU also got hammered by a W. Virginia team who had lost their last regular season game to a sub .500 Pitt team. OU also was upset by Boise St. in another BCS bowl. In 2003 what was being called 1 of best teams of all time OU lost to Kansas St. in Big 12 title game-by the way Ohio St. beat Kansas St. in Fiesta Bowl 4 weeks later. And Ohio St. has dominated their main rival recently why Oklahoma has not. Therefore I say to all of you who rip Ohio St. as most overrated team I have presented overwhelming evidence that it is Oklahoma you should be ripping as most overrated. And as I stated earlier OU has lost several games in recent years to teams rated much lower than them while Ohio State’s losses have only come to top teams.
BullGator your precious Gators and the rest of your warm weather brethren in the SEC and Big 12 and USC don’t want a truly fair playoff system. You want to keep hosting the bowl and or playoff games in your warm comfy stadiums that favor your arens football style of play. A truly fair playoff would have top 4 teams hosting December playoff games. This would mean in some years a pass happy but run deficient Texas, Florida, LSU would have to come play in a cold, windy, snowy Columbus, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, State College, PA. Do you think Texas would have had any chance playing in conditions like that last year against Ohio State’s power running game that shredded them in a warm weather city. IF Texas played Ohio St. last year in cold and wind Texas pass happy offense would not have scored 14-as it was the explosive Horns only scored 24 thanks to ref on other side of field changing the spot of ball that would have given ball back to OSU and let them run out clock. SEC,USC and Big 12 benefit from basically having home games in bowls. Fair playoff would take that away. That is why Urban Meyer, Pete Carroll, Les Miles and Mack Brown can whine when their team is left out but why they would not vote for a truly fair playoff if it involves them having to go to midwest or northeast for playoff game. And Texas did not get jipped last year. Everyone knows schedule strength factors in BCS formula and as usual they played weak non league schedule. They beat OU early in season but OU’s tougher non league schedule rightfully put them past Texas. If Texas beat OU late in season would make a difference. That is why I have always said Ohio St.-Michigan is best rivalry. It is always last game of long grueling season and almost always has huge bowl implications for one or both teams. Texas-OU play in October and loser can rebound and still have time to salvage season. Nobody cried years ago when Notre Dame beat Florida St. 2nd last game of season, yet Florida St. still finished as national champ ahead of Notre Dame team-both finished 11-1. Notre Dame lost a week later but still if you beat a team 2nd last game of season and you finish with same record you should finish higher. Holtz and ND got screwed that year.
Last year a veteran offensive line suffered some early season injuries causing a lot of shuffling for Buckeyes. This season keys for Ohio St. will be if offensive line can gel early and get better play from recievers. Coaches also need to take more chances. I said Ohio St. could easily have beat Texas if they would have rolled out Pryor or use play action on early downs. Yet most of time they had him pass from straight drops and that is where he is least effective. Beanie Wells was shredding Horns and Texas feared Pryor’s running ability. If they would have moved him more or used play action this would have made Texas weak pass defense have to come up and Buckeye recievers would have had more open space. I live in Texas and most Texas fans I know agree with me and say Buckeyes would have beat UT if they would have done this. If Buckeyes play conservative again this year and lose 2 or 3 games and don’t win bowl Buckeye AD needs to consider big coaching changes. Open up offense and need more turnovers by D.
Florida And Texas are talented but believe they are also rated high because of weakness of their schedules. Florida does not play Auburn, Ole Miss or Alabama in regular season and can only play 1 of them if they get to conference title game. All you SEC and Big 12 fans that Big 10 does not have title game have no right to complain. Your conferences do it for money and even with conference title game some of your top teams don’t play each other. A couple years ago Texas and OU did not play Kansas which padded Kansas record and had many overrate them and Big 12. This year Florida will not play Ole Miss or Alabama even if they get to league title game. These 2 teams are ranked as best in other division of SEC. And overrated Florida St. only team with pulse on Florida’s non-league schedule. As for Texas their non league schedule is a joke. Toughest opponent is Central Florida. Could youu play at least a mid level team from a BCS conference Horns. Mack Brown wanted to back out of Ohio St. games couple yrs ago.
i think its gonna be OU and Florida this yr again in the Championship.BOOMER SOONER!!
Stop whining Big 10 fans. The bottom line is your teams have no great footspeed to compete with the SEC, Big 12, or USC. Look at those Nebraska teams of the late 90’s. Tom Osborne figured it out and put speed people at the skill positions on offense and put speed on defense. Ask Steve Spurrier and that Florida team of his back in 1995 what he thought of that “fast” Nebraska team that rolled 63 points and gave his Gators a severe beatdown in the Fiesta Bowl. Besides, even with a playoff system they are going to be played in warm weather cities or in domed stadiums. This isn’t the NFL, so please spare us the whining Buckeye and other Big 10 fans.
All I know is that guy that said Florida plays nobody this yr is right. I picked them to go undefeated because they don’t have to play ole miss, bama, or a top team from another conference. The schedule makers pretty much just went ahead and put them in the title game. At least the SEC will get there fourth National Title in a row
you guys are dumbasses, just because ole miss beat texas tech does not mean they are worth a shit.. and for u boomer sooner fans lets not forget 45-35.. texas is returning a tough and experienced team that wont loose. Colt Mccoy will take his team to the title, it will be a good title game between florida and texas, but i believe texas will pull out the win.
Just think of it this way texas longhorns all the way this year. Texas Tech is gonna get whooped tonight.I hope that when we play Ou again Sam Bradford is back so we can put a whooping on them again I want the best players to play so we can still show you that Texas is the best.We got screwed last year when we didn’t get to play florida.Ou is overrated they got beat by us.
the guy who wrote this prediction was way off
After reading all the comments and looking at the stats thus far in the season the NC will be the winner of the sec champ game, its a 50/50 chance FLA or ALA, take your pick it will come down to dumb luck on game day, I am a hard core Bama fan but I see them as coleaders at #1 for the rest of the season, but I don’t see any other team in college football that can stop them but themselves. RollTide.
thanks Yeah, I have to comment on that too- what was with the wall?
Thanks. this stuff doesnt work any more dudes..
can smebody suggest smething else…
