However, THANK GOD CRENNEL IS GONE!! He seems like the nicest guy in the world and his players love playing for him, but he was simply in over his head (no pun intended) as the head coach. I'm sure he'll latch on as a d-coordinator pretty quickly. As for his replacement, you hit the nail on the head -- they need the GM first, then let him hire the coach.
