Marty has always been an excellent coach who was able to build first-class organizations. Also, the offensive coordinator in Cleveland used to be the QB coach in San Diego under Marty. The key if they hire Marty would be to put plans in place to have several younger coaches on staff who could succeed Marty in 3-4 years. Shaw is crazy.
