To state that performance-enhancing drugs is out of control in college football is ridiculous because it has been in sport since the early eighties with Nebraska and Oklahoma battling for the # 1 spot. The bowl games have been lopsided disasters since the BCS series was developed, less get a playoff system already...is March Madness a horrible situation?
