The good news is the Red Sox just dropped $8 mill off of next years payroll. Curt hurt himself on that toss.
I will say – the $40 mill the Red Sox paid Schill was worth way more than $40 mill the E E payed Carl Pavano don’t you ?
It shows right here that Schill got two rings for Boston. The Yanks got two skid-marks for Pavano.

Whitey Ford can still reach the plate and this fat-ass bounces it!! Beautiful…$8M from the Redsox(when they knew he was injured)and all this guy has done is belly up to every buffet he could find. He obviously hasn’t been trying to stay in shape, let alone rehab. I don’t want to hear anybody from “Bandwagon Nation” mention Carl Pavano again.
