He has a very strong arm but cannot deliver the ball accurately. Frankly, he is out of shape, and I believe he will never be the leader Oakland needs. The Raider defense is looking good, but you have to score points. Dump Russell now, Garcia would have been a better bet both in terms of talent, leadership and $$$.
