Eventhough he did not run the fastest 40 yard dash, he can surely break runs for a long gain. I am not saying he should be the rookie of the year but he is definitely one of the top candidates because of what he has done for the team. My pick for ROY would be Flacco because he almost took his team to the superbowl.
