Groce is considered one of the top high-major assistant coaches in the country. Actually Fox Sports had him at No. 4 this year (no mention of coach Rhodes among the top ten mid-major assistants. Rhodes will get his chance, but the best choice at this time was Groce, and Schaus and Ohio should be pleased with the decision.
