		<description>It&#039;s not up to David Stern. He wanted to make the age limit 20 (or 21, I can&#039;t remember), but the Players Union fought him tooth and nail. As for the rule where players can go back to school if they don&#039;t hire an agent, I like it. It gives kids an opportunity to test the waters and if they find out they&#039;re not ready (by actually working out for teams against other potential draftees) then they can go back to school.</description>
