gators – Looks like you’re still alive. Good news.
RB – Westy (obviously) and after Young’s great game, I think I’d go with him after such a good week 14 performance.
WR – Coston, Smith and….Hackett then Chambers if Hackett can’t go.
DEF – Tough call between Seattle and TB. I think I’d go with SEA. They have been better this year and CAR is a mess. ATL has a little offense going with Redman under center.

do i start jabar gaffney or chris chambers in td heavy league?
nyjets – That’s a tough call. On one hand, you have Gaffney who has been pretty good lately, but isn’t getting a ton of targets and has kind of a bad matchup. Then you have Chambers, who has a great matchup and is getting a ton of targets, but isn’t doing much of anything with them. I guess I’d go with Gaffney, just because the Patriots seem to target him for TDs and NE is probably going to put up more points.

edwards, hill, lemon, orton, redman, vinny, or volek?
gators – Trent Edwards has a great matchup against CLE this week and he has played well the last two weeks. I’d go with him, but if weather is a big factor then Volek is an attractive start as well.

Shanahan announced that Young will receive the maority of carries moving forward after his 156 yds last week. Gore had 3 fumbles (2 lost) and pedestrian stats. Do I pull the trigger on Young tonight in place of Gore? I haven’t been able to divorce myself from Gore all season. Just when I was about to give up on Gore, he pulled off a 32-pts performance in Week 12 keeping me hooked like a crack addict…damn I hate FFL!!

Larry Fitz, Laverneus Coles, Santonio Holmes, Jerry Porter, Reggie Brown…
Larry Fitz seems solid. Is Holmes healthy…more importantly, can I rely on him and/or Roethlesberger in the snow? Pick my poison on the WR3. Thanks.

Listen, man. It’s okay, we understand that you are a typical Brady owner who doesn’t know his ass from his face but will somehow manage to win your league because of your one-man show. Here’s some advice – start Brady and win. Sit Brady and lose. Where have you been over the last 4 months?
Maroney hasn’t done shit all year – Start Barber!
Gore is playing the Bengals – Start him!
Gates is the best TE in the league – Start him!
Roddy White has no QB and no Coach – Start “red hot” Edwards!
NE defense is playing one of the worst teams in the NFL – Start Pats, dumbass!
W/R – Young is hot as fire – everyone else on this list is hurt or worthless
A kicker is a fucking kicker

Scorpion – QB = Warner (great matchup), WR2 = Burress (assuming he plays, if not, Bryant Johnson, assuming Boldin sits. if not, Gaffney) RB1 = Willie Parker, RB2 = Aaron Stecker, W/R = Rudi Johnson, TE=Cooley, DT = JAX, K = Dawson is great (keep an eye on the weather, pick up a dome or warm weather kicker if it’s really bad)
WonderPets – Bitter got it mostly right. Start Brady, Fitz, Braylon, Barber, Gore, Gates, Jennings at the flex, NE, Dawson
Gator Bait – I wouldn’t trust Skeletor in this situation. Gore should have a good day against CIN, though they’ve been better against the run of late.
Bobby – I would go with Fitz, Coles and Brown. Holmes still has an iffy ankle though he’s off the injury report. He hasn’t done anything lately and Brown is coming on a bit. Coles is a little gimpy but he should play against NE and the Jets will have to throw a lot. Porter doesn’t really enter the conversation for me…too erratic.

Hey JP, are you at all concerned about how the QB issues in SF with Dilfer and Alex Smith both out will affect Frank Gore? On paper, his matchup this weekend against the Bengals is very tantalizing, but I’m thinking the Bengals will force the young kid to throw while focusing on stuffing Gore.
In a PPR league, I’m trying to decide between Gore and Brandon Jacobs to pair with Ryan Grant. Any thoughts?
gators – Sorry for the Young advice, but Fargas and Kolby Smith aren’t looking like great options either this week.
JEC – Gore has been a little iffy all season, but he has 29 receptions for 231 yards over the last four games, which works out to about 13 fantasy points per game in a PPR league just from his receiving numbers. The QB situation is worrisome, and Jacobs isn’t a bad backup plan, but I think SF will trail and Gore should rack up several catches in that situation.

longwell, kaeding, elam, josh brown, tynes, or rackers?
gators – Good move. You don’t want to risk starting a kicker in bad weather. Elam is done for the week, so cross him off. Tynes is in a similar situation Gostkowski. I’d go with Longwell or Rackers, but Longwell has been better of late and is playing at home, so he’s probably the best play.

WonderPets should probably start Witten because Gates is questionable. No sense in risking a goose egg when you have Witten sitting there.
I think Stecker is the play of those three, especially in a PPR league.
