I can still remember when Minnesota drafted this kid and he was the the biggest "mover up the draft board" so to speak for the 2-3 weeks leading up to the draft. All the Mel Kipers of the world were praising this pick as a "replacement for Randy Moss". Well not that Street Randy lit the world on fire last year while rotting away in Oaktown but I'll just go ahead and say I'd still rather throw my pigskins to him over Troy "40 time" Williamson. This just in.....a fast 40 time does not a receiver make! This kid is still explosively fast and has the potential talent physically to be a game-breaker. I think this is, however, a case made for the extreme importance of physicality and route-running skills, coverage recognition, etc that is required to be a solid WR in this league. Wonder if this really happens and how many teams jump on him just because of where he was drafted. This amazes me.
