Wade out indefinitely with shoulder injury
Dwyane Wade dislocated his left shoulder and is considering season-ending surgery to let it heal properly. If he passes on surgery, the initial estimate is that he will be out for six weeks.
Either way, don’t expect the defending champs to make the playoffs this season. The Heat was able to tread water without Shaquille O’Neal because they had Alonzo Mourning to replace him in the lineup. There is no one on the Heat roster that can do what Wade does, so Miami is in serious trouble.

I agree.
The Heat unwillingly just gave the Pistons and Cavs an open invitation to the Eastern Conference Championship.
On a side note, I know the man was hurt, but what the hell was Wade doing in that wheelchair? I’m sure it wasn’t his idea, but if it’s me and I see that chair being wheeled out, I’m waving it off. I don’t know how anyone else feels, but I’m not being wheeled off the court for a shoulder injury!
AS
I am a Heat fan – but I have to say D Wade can play up the injuries. I know this guy is hurt this time ( but save the wheelchair ok – thats for a leg injury or for an old guy). The dude fakes and injury every game to get a rest or a hero’s minute …. save it D Wade – you are too good. I think D Wade is as good as anybody in the League ……. the Heat are goin down now. Shaq is old ,lazy, and slow out there. They are toast with or without Riles back at the helm. I really don’t know who they can beat right now.
I’m predicting Shaq looks for an out soon ( mystery injury ) …… He’ll never make it the rest of the season without his boy D-Wade.
